PHOENIQS AI Platform Plans
At the core of our offering sits PHOENIQS Chat — available either as a free Evaluation version for users who want to try it out, or as a fully managed Business version with a dedicated single-tenant instance for enterprises.

Plan portfolio update
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering a robust and future-ready AI platform, we are refining our plan portfolio. The Chat Basic and Chat Enterprise plans will be decommissioned with effect from 11 May 2026.
If you are currently using one of these plans, you will not be affected. Your existing setup continues to operate exactly as it does today, and no action is required on your part.
During the transition period:
- The decommissioned plans can no longer be purchased from the portal; your existing instance remains fully operational on its current plan.
- To increase your credit allocation, simply open a support ticket, and our team will be pleased to assist.
Any future changes will be communicated to you well in advance. Transparency and continuity of service remain central to how we operate.
MaaS API Key required
PHOENIQS Chat runs on the PHOENIQS AI Model as a Service. An active AI Model as a Service subscription, represented by a MaaS API Key, is therefore required to use the plan. Obtain this key in advance, before purchasing the chat plan, then enter it when provisioning your service.

Neither the RAG storage nor the CHF 80 token credit pool is a hard cap — both can be increased on your request, even mid-month.
